It was written in real time since it is a collection of articles the author wrote while following Prince in the 90's. Instead of a book "looking back" it's written as if you're living in the Prince world in 1994, 1995, 1996.... and so on. Fantastic! Must read for those who are interested in Prince AFTER the 80's and the symbol-era||
