||2 of 2 people found the following review helpful.| It's a crime this book is out of print|By Kelly Monaghan|I'm a small publisher, and this book has been one of my "bibles," along with Kremer's "1001 Ways To Market Your Books."

But while "1001 Ways" is still going strong, this title has fallen out of print and that's really a shame. When I lost my copy, I had to find a marked up used one to replace it.
